Together they complement Caran d’Ache colour pencils, graphite pencils and wax pastels as the perfect mediums for mixing, blending and intensifying colours.

The wax-oil combination adds brilliance and gloss without altering the shades. It forms a waterproof coating and increases protection against UV.

The Caran d’Ache FULL BLENDER – BRIGHT is a single accessory for creating multiple effects:

GLOSS EFFECT: This oil/wax medium adds brilliance to the colours and gives the work a wonderful sheen. After polishing, the drawing takes on an extra dimension that brings it close to the look and texture of the painting.

MIXING / BLENDING: Unifying colours, blending colours, and mixing them to increase their softness or intensity are just some of the possibilities this unique drawing tool offers.

PROTECTION: The FULL BLENDER - BRIGHT can be used to make areas of a colour pencil drawing even more lightfast. It can even increase the lightfastness of a watercolour drawing created with water-soluble pencils like Supracolor Soft.

VERSATILE USE: It can be used as a long flat edge, making it possible to work with

its advantages and cover large areas with its flat surfaces. Sharpening it like a pencil will

produce a fine, strong point making it perfect for detailed work. Works excellent on various materials, including paper, cardboard, fabric, wood, pottery and stone.
