Titanium White (Sunflower) 181 Oil Paint

Titanium White (Sunflower) is somewhat warmer and more opaque than our regular Titanium White—a zinc-free white ground in a historic oil with lush handling characteristics.

Why Walnut Oil: We chose to build our oil paint with this oil because its unique refractive index and non-yellowing nature produce a more naturally alive and brilliant colour. In addition, walnut oil allows us to increase the amount of pigment in each colour, resulting in extraordinary richness, colour saturation, brilliance and tinting strength.

Solvent-Free: Our commitment to the artist extends to their environment. At M. Graham, we have freed ourselves from solvents in our work environment. You can also free your studio of dangerous solvents. Using walnut oil to clean brushes is a natural way to remove colour without creating a solvent hazard.
