Pastel Premier Papers Eco Panel and Medium Grit are great surfaces for a range of art materials: charcoal, colour pencil and even oil paint. The paper is 100% Cotton, double primed and coated with aluminum oxide. The paper is mounted onto an Eco Panel that provides a sturdy base. It also eliminates taping or special mounting to have your final piece framed.

It is ideal for pastel painting, charcoal and pencil, colour pencils, oil, acrylic, and gouache paint. Pastel Premiere works with a wide range of media as an under-painting and accepts as many as 25 layers of pastel.
