Pastel Premier Sanded Pastel Paper is a unique 100% cotton archival quality sanded pastel paper that is double-primed with an exclusively made aluminum oxide coating to produce an ideal surface for pastel drawing. A final seal coat makes the paper extremely durable and able to withstand scrubbing and reworking.

Pochette Contains Buff sheet, Medium grit, 145 lb. 310 gsm.

Pastel Premier Sanded Paper is double primed and coated with aluminum oxide to produce the perfect surface for pastel and other dry media use. This double priming culminates in a unique type of 100% cotton paper that is archival quality and highly durable. It can withstand up to 25 layers of pastel scrubbing and reworking. It is not only ideal for pastels but is also used by many artists with media such as oils, acrylics, coloured pencils and even charcoal.
