The ultimate heavy-duty surface for mixed media art, Strathmore 500 Series Heavyweight Mixed Media 350 lb (570 gsm) Paper is internally sized to stand up to multiple layers of wet media. It has a durable vellum surface perfect for drawing, watercolours, gouache, acrylics, graphite, pen and ink, coloured pencils, markers, pastels, and collages.

Strathmore Heavyweight Mixed Media Pads contain 12 sheets of natural white paper made from 100% cotton. The 3-ply sheets are lignin-free and archival and are gluten-bound for clean and easy removal.

This extra heavyweight, 3-ply cotton surface is internally sized for wet media and has a durable vellum finish for drawing techniques.

It is excellent for watercolour, gouache, acrylic, graphite, pen and ink, marker, pastel and collage. It also works great for paint pouring and is an excellent choice for coloured pencil artists. The durable vellum finish allows it to stand up to many layers of coloured pencil, and the internal sizing enables it to handle solvents and blending agents. It is archival, 100% cotton, and is lignin-free.
