Demco Latex Free Frisket Masking Fluid is used to mask paper areas, making them watercolour resistant.

The liquid frisked is commonly used with watercolours, drawing inks, India ink, and coloured pencils to conserve areas on the paper. Applied with a colour shaper, stylus, or paintbrush, it dries within 15 minutes. Remove it with cement rubber or by rubbing your finger without ripping the paper.

Note: The best way to remove the frisket or make fluid is with a cemented rubber to avoid leaving an oily residue.

Demco Frisket Masking Fluid is used to mask paper areas, making them watercolour resistant. The paper must be dry before applying the frisket/Masking fluid. Sections treated with Masking Fluid must be allowed to dry before over-painting, but once dry, these areas remain protected and cannot be penetrated by colour.

If using a paintbrush, please treat it with soap before applying it, and use an old, cheap brush for the fisket masking fluid known to damage paint brushes.

Available in 60ml/2oz, blue or white, and the pink frisket is latex-free.
