EASY-TO-USE ACRYLIC PRIMED CANVAS PANELS

Fredrix Hand-Turned Canvas Panels are prepared by sizing and priming a closely woven cotton canvas with acid-free acrylic gesso. The surface texture provides a very definite paint-gripping “tooth" with minimum vehicle absorption, providing the perfect support for painting in oil, casein, tempera, or acrylic. Lightweight and perfect for travel, the medium-weight canvas is glued to an innovative backing board.

The boards are firm and stable, with clean, hand-turned edges. They provide the ideal surface for studies or initial renderings in the studio, classroom, or plein air.
