General’s Carbon Sketch No 595-Soft. This drawing pencil is a unique formula that combines graphite's smoothness and charcoal's darkness. It lays down smooth, strong jet-black lines perfect for sketching, drawing and layout. It is an excellent accent pencil and blends well with General’s Charcoal or Kimberly Graphite pencils. You can run a damp brush over your pencil marks to dissolve the top layer creating a liquid you can move around the paper to make beautiful tonal changes within and around the existing pencil lines.
