Jacquard Neopaque Opaque Acrylic Paint

Neopaque colours may be painted, stencilled, screen printed, airbrushed (when diluted) and stamped. They may also be added to Jacquard Lumiere colours to produce an antique effect.

This highly pigmented opaque paint covers dark grounds with light application. They produce a subtle designer palette alternative to a more intense colour scheme on light backgrounds. They brush on smoothly, are water-based, dry cleanable, lightfast, and remain soft and flexible when dry.

They have a consistency similar to Lumiere but are not metallic. Neopaque paints are flexible and soft on a variety of surfaces. They can become more transparent when mixed with the flowable extender.

Neopaque shares many characteristics with Lumiere but is not pearlescent. Formulated for maximum coverage on dark grounds, these highly pigmented opaque paints are durable, flexible and soft on various surfaces, including fabric, leather, clay and canvas. To increase transparency, mix with 579 Extender.
