Liquitex Basics Acrylic Gesso Medium
Liquitex Basics Acrylic Gesso is formulated to produce a smooth, absorbent, finely textured ground for painting on most porous surfaces, including canvas, paper, fabric, wood, or plaster. This gesso does not require thinning for proper consistency. It dries in minutes to a non-yellowing, brilliant white. It's suitable for use with Liquitex Basics and other student-grade acrylic paints.

BASICS Gesso is good quality, value, priced surface preparation alternative to professional-grade gesso. It usually takes two coats to seal supports. Surface preparations set the foundation for stable and permanent colour applications by sealing and adding a tooth to almost any painting surface. We offer five different types of prep products available to accommodate all types of work.
- Use to prepare painting surfaces for acrylic and oil paint
