It is double primed and sealed to create an extremely durable and consistent surface. The paper is 100% Cotton, double primed and coated with an aluminium oxide. The paper is mounted onto an Eco Panel that provides a sturdy base. It also eliminates taping or special mounting to have your final piece framed. Ideal for pastel painting, charcoal and pencil,andnbsp;colour pencil and even oil, acrylic, and gouache paint.andnbsp;Pastel Premiere work with a wide range of media as an under-painting and accepts as many as 25 layers of pastel.
