The Mulberry is handmade of kozo and sulphite pulp, white and acid-free, and its strength, softness and flexibility make it the most versatile sheet for printers and printmakers. This paper is is good for relief printing, silkscreen, hand lithography, and book arts. It is available in two sizes and has a wide laid formation with four deckle edges.

The Fujimori family has owned and operated the centuries-old Awagami paper factory since the late 1700s. While they are committed to preserving the nearly 2000-year-old Japanese paper making tradition, they are also continually moving forward in the craft, honing modern techniques and practices. The result is a highly diverse range of top quality fine art papers.

Since the late 18th century, Japan's Awagami Factory has been producing fine art papers characterized by their softness and strength. Their papers, including their signature Kitakata paper, are made from regional fibers from tree or shrub bark, including the Kozo tree.
