King's Framing & Art Gallery 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We are not happy with your purchase until you are happy with your purchase.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you order for ANY reason, feel free to return the item(s) within ten days.  Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all merchandise returned for any reason other than King’s Framing & Art Gallery error, damage or defect.  A 15% restocking fee will be on approved returns if not damaged or opened.  On-exchange orders, a standard postage rate applies.  Please do not send prepaid envelopes.  Fill out the reverse side of your invoice (in total), advising us of the reason for the return.  Also, indicate any substitution you would like made (if applicable), which will begin the process.  If a copy of your invoice isn’t available, provide the invoice number.

If there is any damage or defect to anything in your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.  A return authorization must be coordinated with our Problem Resolution Personnel member before defective merchandise is returned.  Otherwise, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Some drop shipped and truck shipped items are subject to a restocking fee.  While intended as a recommendation by King’s Framing & Art Gallery, these product listings are subject to errors.  King’s Framing & Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for any information misconception given by manufacturers.  In which case, it’s always King’s Framing & Art Gallery's recommendation that you test each application before implementation.

We regret that we cannot give full refunds on custom-ordered items, unwanted DVDs and Books.  All damaged or identical products will replace defective media.  Upon return to King’s Framing & Art Gallery, damage or defect will be determined.  A shipping charge could be applied to all returns where damage or defect is inappropriately claimed.
