SHIPPING POLICY

In most cases, we offer next business day shipping when you order by 5 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Specialty items may take a little longer for Shipping; We will notify you of the expected date. Please be aware that products on the same order may be shipped separately and on different dates. Refer to your order confirmation for more details.

For all orders, a contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of your post office delivery times. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm they received the shipped order.

WE DO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES

Shipping is free on orders over $100, excluding taxes and coupon codes. The order shipped must be prepaid. According to your destination, orders under $100 are charged a minimum shipping fee from Canada Post. Oversized orders may not be available for Shipping.

Orders outside the local trading areas may take 3-5 business days. Exceptions may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders outside Canada may take longer depending on the destination and will have a separate shipping charge based on the weight and shipping distance of the order.

Oversized orders may not be available for Shipping in all areas.

USA orders are at a flat rate of $30.00 CA.

The customer will be notified of the total cost of the shipment and prepayment before Shipping.

In the event of a holiday, Shipping may delay shipping time. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada. Weather conditions may also affect the shipping date; please check the tracking number supplied for your shipping date or contact us.

Some items cannot ship by air due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. These items will only be available through Standard Ground Shipping. Some hazardous materials cannot ship outside of Canada.\
