1) HOW DOES THE KG’S REWARDS MEMBERSHIP WORK?
With access to special deals and events, you can earn a point for every dollar spent in-store or online, granting you rebates on future purchases at King’s Framing & Art Gallery location or your online orders. All you need to do is register for an account and sign up for a Rewards membership; your ID information will automatically be set up in your account that you can use at checkout.
2) DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN?
Membership is 100% Free! No lengthy registration forms, no hidden fees, no credit cards.
3) HOW DO I BECOME A KG’S REWARDS, MEMBER?
Register online an account to receive your KG’s Rewards membership Points. You must be a Customer who has reached the age of majority in the province where you reside to participate. Sign up today.
4) FORGOT TO CLAIM YOUR KG’S REWARDS MEMBERSHIP REWARD WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?
If you forgot to claim your rewards at the point of purchase, contact customer service online as members are granted 14 days to get missing points; Such requests are accommodated twice within the calendar year.
5) HOW SOON CAN I USE MY KG’S REWARDS REBATE?
Rebates are immediately posted into your account after purchase and available to redeem anytime.
6) HOW DO I CLAIM MY KG’S REWARDS REBATE?
To claim your KG’s Rewards Rebate, sign in to your account and apply your rebate to your purchase. Remember that rebates must be used on purchases equal to or higher than the rebate value. Not sure how much you've earned? Sign in to your account and view your current Rebate Balance.
7) WHAT IF I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED A REBATE FOR?
The rebate accredited from that purchase will be deducted from your account if you return a product.
8) WHAT IS THE MINIMUM REBATE AMOUNT THAT I CAN CLAIM?
Rebates are available in $5 denominations (500 points = $5 Rebate), max $25 redemption per transaction. Rewards are applied after discount code or rebate, before taxes, and a minimum of $75 for FREE shipping. Otherwise, shipping charges will be applied.
9) DO MY REWARDS POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
If you don't use your KG’s Rewards Card to earn or redeem points within 12 consecutive months, your total points balance will expire due to inactivity. Your points will remain active as long as you use your card within a given 12 consecutive month period. We will also send you a reminder notice (15 days and 30 days before the anticipated expiry date) that your points will be terminated due to inactivity.
10) HOW DO I MAKE ACCOUNT CHANGES?
To make changes to your KG’s Rewards account, visit the My Account page, where you can update user information, cancel membership, change your email subscription settings, and more.
11) HOW CAN I EARN POINTS FASTER?
With the introduction of Bonus Points, KG’s Rewards constantly allow members to earn points and redeem rebates even faster by purchasing select products.
