DEMCO EnCouleurs Pouring Medium is permanent and waterproof when dry. It creates a smooth, homogeneous coloured film when mixed with fluid acrylic colours or drawing inks. When applied sparingly, the pouring medium adds a glossy relief to a flat surface and produces a water droplet effect. It maintains a high gloss and wet appearance after drying. The medium can be used directly from the bottle without adding any colour for a thick varnish effect. While milky in the bottle, it dries transparent and glossy.

Instructions:

Combine a few drops of fluid acrylic colour or drawing ink in a medium pouring cup. Gently mix the colour with the medium using a wooden stick and let it sit for ten minutes to remove air bubbles.

Ensure you work on a level surface to achieve even results.

The pouring medium can be directly applied to canvas, wood panels, or liquid art panels and should dry for at least 24 hours in a dust-free environment.
