Gesso provides an absorbent surface ideal for paint. It is waterproof, lightfast, non-yellowing and flexible.

Demco gesso can be used with acrylic and oil painting, casein, gouache, pastels, charcoal and pencils. It is easy to apply with a brush, a paint roller or a paint knife on dry and porous surfaces.
