This gesso is ideal for painting over coloured or patterned surfaces. The transparent Artist’s quality ground keeps the undersurface work visible. Clear Gesso also provides a perfect degree of texture for pastel, oil pastel, graphite, and charcoal, as well as an excellent ground for acrylic and oil paints. The artist’s quality primer prepares many surfaces and is ready to use directly for applying paints such as oils, acrylics, and tempera.
