APPLICATION: Apply to dry, painted areas to alter colouration without losing established detail. The underlayer must be completely dry before applying the next coat. A hairdryer may be used to expedite drying. Mix a small amount of colour with the medium. Blend thoroughly; the colour will lighten and appear cloudy. The colour will darken as the medium dries and becomes translucent, reverting to a thin, transparent version of the original shade.
