How to use it

Fully intermixable with all Liquitex products. For the best pours, begin by adding a tablespoon of Soft Body colour to a cup of Pouring Medium (approximately 5% colour to 95% medium) and adjust as needed to suit your technique. Modify the ratio when using Acrylic Ink or Heavy Body Acrylic to achieve your desired consistency. Stir gently to prevent foam formation—if bubbles appear, allow the mixture to sit so that the bubbles can rise and disappear. Use as a general fluid medium extender—mix in as much as you desire into acrylic colour to achieve the volume and viscosity you prefer. Crazing and cracking can occur when the flow heights are uneven, so ensure your poured surface is level while drying.

How not to use it

Avoid shaking or stirring vigorously, as this may affect the smooth appearance once dry. Do not use with any media that is not acrylic.
