Liquitex Professional Pouring Mediums

Pouring Effects Painting Medium - Produces puddles and poured sheets

APPLICATION: Combine with Liquitex Soft Body Acrylic Colour to encourage drying into a smooth, evenly coloured film. Blend one tablespoon or more of paint with one cup of Liquitex Pouring Medium in a large bucket or bowl. Stir the colour and pouring medium by hand using a palette knife. To prevent bubbles, blend gently and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes after agitation. Pour the mixture into your preferred squeeze bottle or applicator using a funnel.

The mixture can be poured directly onto the canvas, board supports, glass, or paper. Use a level surface. If not level, the results may be uneven, with very thin pieces that may tear. Pour evenly over the surface and allow it to dry for at least one day. If the paint film is thicker, allow up to two days.
